Amanda Munger

Amanda Munger, a Partner at Melwood Global, has more than a decade of communications and government experience in the White House, Congress, the Executive Branch, and the private sector. Amanda served as a political appointee in the Obama Administration after beginning her career in the Speechwriting office at the White House. She served as a spokesperson at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Department of the Interior and Communications Director for Congressman Rick Larsen of Washington State. Amanda has worked extensively developing crisis communications strategies, strategic plans and rollouts and leading media training efforts for government and private sector clients. Amanda is a graduate of Wheaton College.
