Kanira KalthiaAccount Coordinator
Kanira Kalthia joins Melwood Global as an Account Coordinator through Northeastern University’s Cooperative Education program. She brings experience in social media, content creation, graphic design, event planning and filmmaking.

Kanira is a junior at Northeastern University pursuing a B.A. in Communications and Media & Screen Studies with a minor in Business Administration. Prior to joining the Melwood team, Kanira worked as a Social Media Coordinator at Days Inn by Wyndham and a Marketing intern in India where she created content and graphics for various social media platforms and managed marketing campaigns to increase the company’s brand awareness and consumer reach. Passionate about her culture, she was also the Cultural Chair of Northeastern University’s South Asian Student Organization (UTSAV), the largest community on campus for which she planned and coordinated several cultural events.

In her free time, Kanira enjoys traveling to new destinations, adventure sports, creating art in all forms and binge-watching movies.
